Il fondatore Franco Bordoni nasce nel 1935 in Pavia. Giovanissimo, inizia con i due fratelli l’apprendistato nell’arte della panificazione, a cui affianca – e con la quale sostituisce ben presto - la passione per l’arte pasticcera. Con l’apertura nel 1967 del punto vendita in via San Paolo 5, tuttora attivo, Franco Bordoni diventa riferimento costante per gli amanti del prodotto dolciario artigianale di elevata qualità.
